Shipping Policy

At NuO Inc., your shipping is always *FAST and always **FREE! We ship via UPS 2nd Day Delivery as a standard form of shipping within the United States! Please make sure someone is present at the delivery address, as an adult signature is required at the time of delivery.

P.O. Box

PO Box addresses are sent via United States Post Office by Registered Insured Mail. Delivery time may vary depending on your zip code and/or local USPS delivery schedule; of course your shipping is FREE!

APO, FPO, AA, AE, AP and All Military Base Addresses

Military Base addresses are shipped via Unites States Post Office by Insured Mail. Delivery time may vary depending on your customs/receiving department. Rest assured your shipping is FREE!

Outside the Unites States

NuO Inc. is pleased to inform you that we have shipped to most countries via Fed Ex and UPS! Unfortunately, International orders cannot be placed on our web site at this time. For International orders, please email us at or call (916) 342-5686.

*FAST shipping is only within the US when you provide a domestic physical address (PO Box, Military Base and International addresses are not guaranteed expedited).

**FREE shipping is only within the Unites States.

The majority of our orders are shipped via UPS. In-stock items will arrive at your door in 3-4 business days. If you use the Expedited shipping option, your products should arrive 1-2 business days after receipt of your order.

Please make sure that you ship to an address where someone will be present to sign to receive the box. A signature is required for delivery to be completed. Please call us at (916) 342-5686 with any questions regarding your shipment. Our sales staff is here to assist you.

Return Policy

Buy With Confidence From NuO Inc.

Your satisfaction with your jewelry purchase is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition and packaging including all original documentation (if applicable) within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or exchange. Any item that has been modified or is not in resale condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

To arrange for a return please call our customer service representatives at (916) 342-5686 (Monday-Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm ) who will validate your purchase date and qualification for return within the 30 day period. After this validation process they will issue to you the necessary information to complete the store credit or exchange.

There are certain costs that are not refundable on returns along with some items that are final sale due to the nature of wearing. They include but are not restricted to:

Shipping charges: The original shipping charge is non-refundable Shipping charges to return the item for refund is at the customer's expense Any fees paid for customization of the product (such as oversized ring sizing) is non-refundable.

All items that are categorized as body jewelry are a final sale (excluding anklets) On diamond product returns the appraisal/authenticity certificates must be returned along with the product or a $50 fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee will cover the hard costs we will incur to obtain new documentation allowing the product to be re-sold.

Once your return arrives at our offices we will email confirmation to you that it has been received and that your store credit/exchange will be processed within 3 to 4 business days of receipt.

In the event of an exchange your original order must be returned, received and validated at our offices prior to your replacement order being shipped.
